How the rental process works
1. Report property
Address, number of rooms, beds, photos, special features (e.g., pets not allowed, underground parking available).
2. Review & recommended retail price
We check the location, condition, and amenities and make a recommendation for WEF week.
3. Suggestion of suitable tenants
Company profile, number of people, rental period—
you decide.
4. Contract & Deposit
Contract drafting, deposit held in trust, clear rules regarding damage
5. Arrival & key handover
Orderly handover according to schedule, instruction in house rules and equipment.
6. During the rental period
Cleaning, laundry, requests—everything coordinated through INTIRE.
7. Departure & Acceptance
Final cleaning, inspection report, reporting of any damage, refund of the deposit.

Usually during WEF week. We will coordinate arrival and departure days with you.
Damage is documented and settled in accordance with the contract and deposit. We provide support in clarifying matters with the insurance company.
As desired: daily or every other day. Final cleaning is provided separately.
