You make the choice; we keep track of availability and deadlines.
4. Contract & Payment Plan
Contract including deposit regulations, payment deadlines, clear responsibilities.
5. Arrival & Check-in
Orderly key handover, brief introduction to house rules, handover protocol.
6. Support & Departure
Ongoing support during the week, final cleaning, inspection, key return.

Yes, upon request. We take allergies and preferences into account, provided they are notified in advance.
Depending on the package, daily or every two days. Final cleaning is arranged separately.
We coordinate transportation as needed (point of departure – Davos – appointments). Parking arrangements are made based on availability.
Upon request, we can organize simple workplace solutions and internet connectivity (if possible on the part of the landlord).
Access, keys, and visitors are controlled according to your specifications. Discretion is our top priority.
No ID cards and access to the forum are issued exclusively by the organizer.
